Ten beautiful women came to this house to celebrate birthdays and participate in the Octoberfest. We had such a great time! The sound system was awsome! The place had everything that anyone could ask for but one thing that we didn't find was more time to spend there. We hope to find it there in the future! If you go I hope that you find it!

What a incredible time that we had here. My husband, myself and another couple stayed for 4 nights at this wonderful place. We own a German Restaurant in Pinetop, Arizona and came to Leavenworth for their OktoberFest. We had just had our OktoberFest the weekend of the 4th so we all needed to time to relax and unwind. I happened upon this place through VRBO and it exceed all of our expectations. We are looking forward to our next visit to this beautiful place.

We spent Christmas in the house with family (11 adults and 5 children), and there was enough room (and privacy) for everyone! The house is GLORIOUS, and photos don't do it justice. Wonderful extras, such as heated tile floors, shower steam room, etc. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental to everyone!

We are a group of 4 couples who had a wonderful time during our stay at River Heights. The home is beautiful and the spacious, well lit living room made us feel a part of the outdoors. We loved the floor plan and relaxed on the deck and the adirondack chairs outside. We thank you for sharing this wonderful property with us.

What a wonderful home! The six of us loved the floorplan, and especially the wonderful kitchen, which made for great home cooked family dinners! We hope to return next time we vacation in Leavenworth!

Our stay at River Heights the second week in June was wonderful. Every member of our family is still reliving our experience. My mother and her twin (86 yrs. young)loved your home. The rambler/ranch floor plan was perfect for them. Living in different states they don't see each other very often. They shared the lovely master suite and felt like they were in the nicest of resorts. We look forward to returning one day.

We stayed over mother's day weekend and had a wonderful time. The home was absolutely beautiful and the view was spectacular! It was a memorable trip as my 9 month son got to meet his great grandmother for the first time. This house made a great way to spend time with family when not in downtown Leavenworth.

What an amazing weekend! The house couldn't have been any more perfect...great conversation area's and BEAUTIFUL views. Perfect for a surprise 60th birthday weekend getaway wth the girls. Very comfortable beds and seating.
Thanks so much...we're already trying to plan our next trip!!!

Words can’t describe when you first walk into the home everyone was so impressed with how beautiful it is. If only we had a video camera to catch everyone’s expressions as they walked through the home for the first time. Not only is the home beautiful, but it even smells great! I loved the air fresheners. I also loved the nature sound CD that was playing when you first entered the home. The sound system in the home is great, would love to have it in our own home. The steam bath down stairs is also wonderful, and easy to operate. There is plenty of room for 3-4 couples, plus the family room downstairs has two futons for kids to sleep. We will definitely be back and also recommend this home to family and friends.
I also look forward to staying in the other properties the owners have, I’m sure they are just as excellent.

What a GREAT home, so many details to make things comfortable. In spite of the 25 degree weather, we were warm and toasty. With all of the windows, it felt like we were outside...only warmed by the fire. The kitchen is awesome, the beds comfortable, the view relaxing. We will definitely come back again.

We can't say enough nice things about River heights Vacation Home. We stayed Christmas week with our five children, their spouses, and grandchildren. The house was spacious and there was room for all. The surroundings are spectacular. It couldn't have been a more ideal place to rent for a family vacation. It was like a fairyland with the winter snow, but are sure it is just as gorgeous in any season.

I'm actually sitting on a couch, in the home itself. I have to say, its absolutely gorgeous. I would say that if you're thinking of staying here, do it. Get a reservation as soon as you can. This place is perfect, gorgeous in any time of year. Im staying in the middle of winter, and theres a foot of snow on the ground. its secluded, no one else around, a great veiw of the river (you can climb down in the summer to swim), hills all around. Its absolutely perfect. We have 16 people in our group staying here right now, so it can fit large amounts of people, everyone has a place to sleep. I would even love to stay here by myself (or with someone else *hint*)We're definately staying here again next year.

We were at the River Heights home for Thanksgiving, November 22,2007. We had a wonderful time relaxing in this home with the breathtaking views and so secluded, yet minutes to Leavenworth. The home was beautifully appointed with everything you needed and the most comfortable seating. The kitchen was to die for with all the wonderful appliances. We had a great Thansgiving there and enjoyed the sights in Leavenworth. Thanks so much for making such an enjoyable place to get away.

We stayed at River Heights in order to enjoy Oktoberfest in town. Little did we know that the beauty and comfort of this home would steal the show. The spectacular views and well appointed home made the getaway so delightful that we never wanted to leave and are anxious to return.

My friends and I stayed at this lovely hill top home to celebrate a 50th birthday. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and it is only 5 minutes into downtown Leavenworth.
We have already scheduled our next stay at the River Heights Vacation Home.
